Perforator unit
Stage 1 Film is automatically unwound into the machine
Stage 2 The film is formed into the required cavity shape and size
Stage 3 The Operator loads the products to be packed into the formed cavities
Stage 4 Paper is automatically unwound and positioned over the filled cavities
Stage 5 Film and paper are sealed together
Stage 6 The packs are cut into separate items
Stage 7 The machine ejects the completed packs onto the Outfeed Conveyor
230V, AC, Single phase electric supply
Air: minimum 6 bar
