Description
STEGHERR KPP Vertical Edge Gluing Bander; 2,600 mm (102") Working length, 53 mm (2.08") max. workpiece thickness, solid edge material up to 25 mm (1") thick, edge pressure 6 kg/cm (13 Lbs) pressure for the length of 2,500 mm and thickness of 20 mm at 3.5 bar.Specifications: -- Panel and wood strip are positioned into press chamber, maximum edge strip 2" X 1-1/2". -- Foot switch activates the air tube pressing system, and continuous bottom and side pressure evenly distributed over the entire workpiece allows tight glue joints (panel clamping pressure 80 PSI, edge strip clamping pressure 55 PSI). -- Panel heating unit - 850 watts (220 V, 1 Ph) temperature control from 40 - 150 C (104 - 300 F). A moveable clamp gauge positions the edge strip for drop edges or overhangs.Features: -- Special stop gauge allows for the positioning of mitered corners. Average PVAC glue cure time 40 - 70 Seconds.
