Sharples Model P5000 Super D-Canter, stainless steel, continous motion centrifuge, for clarification of liquids, also classification, concentration / thickening and dewatering of solids with gallons per minute and pounds of product per hour – depending on materials and application. 316 stainless steel (product contact areas). Centrifugal force of 3180 x gravity force. Maximum bowl speed up to 3,000 rpm. and can handle a wide range of solid particules from 6mm OD to a few microns and a slurry from 0.5% to 65% w/w. Equipped with 42" OD x 80" long chamber with 11" OD opening x 42" long single screw product conveying system with slurry in feed and liquid / solid discharge ports, replaceable wear liners, liquid plate dams, base casing, feed pipes, vibration isolators, lube system and safety guards. 100 Hp main drive and 40 Hp Eddy current back drive. Remote control panel has an A/B PLC with touch pad controller has condensation and vari-speed drive controls with e-stop. Mounted on heavy duty stainless steel bolt down base frame with operator access ladder and platform.
