Shaffer Model DA300HFS-60, enclosed frame, stainless steel double arm, overlapping sigma blade dough mixer with amount of product per hour – depending on materials and application. Equipped with 120° pneumatic tilt chamber, with double sigma mixing blades and has 12" flour gate, 16" x 26" ingredients door, (3) 2" & (1) 3" liquid inlets, 5" dust vent, refrigeration jacket, 60 Hp motor drive with safety guarding. Remote control panel has A/B CompactLogix controller with panelview and has start, stop and e-stop push buttons with an A/B Powerflex 755 vari-speed controller and mixer on / off switch.

Dough capacity: 2,100 lbs. (based on 50 lbs./ft³ final dough density).

Bowl volume: 38.9 ft³ working; 47.8 total.
