Rietz, Model RE-24, Stainless steel extructor designed for grinding frozen, partially frozen, or fully thawed 40 lb blocks of product and is rated from 40 lbs to 30,000 lbs per hour – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Equipped with 37" long x 32" wide x 37" deep stainless steel product hopper, (9) 3" wide x 10" high hammer blades on 7" OD shaft and (8) 5" long x 7" high stationary anvils, 24" ID rotary product reduction port, with swing open, bolt down cover, reduction screen (change part per application) and (6) blade cut off knife with 55" floor clearance, chain to sprocket 60 Hp motor drive with safety guarding. Mounted on (4) leg bolt down stainless steel base frame.
