Description
PTL, Model CD300, cluster depositor. Equipped with (6) 1¼" diameter x 8" deep pistons, 3" diameter x 17" wide rotary valve, jacketed hopper / depositing head with self-contained heating system and (6) oscillating nozzles. AB PanelView with 300 Micro touch screen display. The inclusion depositor offers the flexibility of being able to deposit chocolate with inclusions directly onto a belt, into cups or moulds. Unit able to deposit high inclusion rates including whole nut inclusions. Mounted on casters to roll over existing conveyor. Rate dependent on materials, application and machine configuration.
