Pearson Model GTL-AN1, automatic, all in one, pick and place, case or tray erector, top load packer, hot melt glue sealing system rated from 25 to 150 packages and up to 10 cases or trays per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Erected case or tray size range: 8" to 20" in Length; 6" to 14" in Width; 1" to 8" in Depth with proper change parts. Equipped with 2 stack capacity blank case or tray magazine with lift and interlox conveyor thru the servo driven vacuum pick and place, to erecting, squaring and sealing section with Nordson ProBlue hot melt glue system to lugged transfer conveyor that position the cases or trays into interlox conveyor to the 2 axis servo driven pick and place loading section which picks the product from a side product conveyor to the case or tray, then moves to the sealing station were glue is applied to the ends and 2 flat plates push flaps down and inward to press closed and then to discharge conveyor. Control panel has A/B PLC controller with panel view, vari-speed controls with start and e-stop push buttons, interlock safety guarding and statis light bar. Mounted on heavy duty base frame. Capable of handling flexible, ridgid and semi-ridgid products into retail, club and convenience cases.
