Pearson Model P3103, automatic, drop case packer capable of speeds from 5 to 30 cases per minute -speeds depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Cases: up to ??"L x (12" – 26")W x up to ??"H. 114"L x 20"W infeed product conveyor, pneumatic top bottle hold back, 16"L x 22"W bottle grid, pneumatic product push-down into transfer grid, 2-chain case drive during load, programmable controller, E-stop, status indicator lights, barrier guarding with electrical interlock. Mounted on steel-it painted frame. Last running a 2 x 4 pack pattern for 4" diameter bottles.
