Description
Complete, 25 to 100 gallon per minute, HTST pasteurizing system. Equipped with a Chester Jensen, Model M466F, (2) zone (233) plate heat exchanger with 1085 ft² heat exchange surface area; (43) first zone, (190) second zone. Stainless steel 50 gallon holding tube. Schlueter, 150 gallon, stainless steel tank with level detection. Chem Tek, 226 gallon, stainless steel tank with bottom side mounted prop agitation. Waukesha, Model 130, positive displacement pump powered by a 10 hp drive. (2) Tri-Clover centrifugal pumps powered by 5 Hp drives and (1) centrifugal pump powered by 10 Hp drive. Neptune Meter, valves and controls panel with an AB PLC, AVG EZ series touch panel, Anderson chart recorder and push button system power on with E-stop.
