New Age Robotics / Panasonic-style PA102S Robotic MIG Welding Cell
Panasonic-style MIG welding cell including:
• Reconditioned Panasonic VR-006 robot with G2 controller – Mfd. ~2010
• Internal 350A Panasonic welding power source
• Panasonic robotic wire feeder
• 500A air-cooled Tregaskiss welding torch
• Servo-driven index table (7th axis controlled by the robot)
• Two 24” x 15” deep fixture plates (can support larger weld fixtures to approx. 32”W x 22”D)
• Supports weld fixtures up to 250 kg (each side of indexer)
• Indexing table has 60” clear swing diameter.
• One power drop to main panel (specify 460V or 600V)
• Direct Logic 05 PLC controls (no HMI)
NOTE: These controls will not support automated tooling, pneumatic clamps or part sensors. Please contact New Age Robotics if these features are required.
• Custom built full safety enclosure with solid sheet metal walls and protective weld flash curtains. Sliding gate with safety interlock on each side of cell.
• Entire cell is mounted on mono-block frame for ease of transport with forklift.
• Two sets of light curtains at the operator station (L-shape configuration).
• The cell was built to be PHSHR compliant with all safety standards.
• Overall cell footprint approx. 160” x 73”.
