Omega Design, Model CDFR-1D1, in line canister style desiccant despenser with incline cleated belt feeder and container conveyor rated from 50 to 400 single drops and 50 to 300 double drops per bottle per minute – depending on materials, application and desiccant design and is capable of feeding 1 to 3 gram desiccants into containers single or multiple drops per bottle with proper change parts. Stainless steel construction. Equipped with stainless steel container conveyor with 120" long x 4-1/2" wide plastic delrin belt with bump wheel discharge, 24" long x 21" deep desiccant feed hopper with plastic flip up cover, 72" long x 2" wide inclined cleated feeder with continous rotary feed conveyor belt with 2" high cleats set on 5" centers and plastic cover with 70" discharge height. 12" OD desiccant sorting disc, with 3/4" wide desiccant canister tube dispenser with spacing belt and product counter. Control panel has A/B PLC controller and A/B PanelView controls with elevator, pre-orienter, spacing belt control drives with variable speed controllers and statis light bar. All Mounted on stainless steel base frames.
