THE MICRO SWITCH BA-2RV-A4 IS A BASIC SNAP-ACTION SWITCH FEATURING A SINGLE POLE DOUBLE THROW (SPDT) CONTACT CONFIGURATION. IT IS RATED FOR 20 A AT 125, 250, OR 480 VAC. THE SWITCH INCORPORATES A 2.5-INCH FLAT LEVER ACTUATOR, REQUIRING AN OPERATING FORCE OF 3.75 OZ (1.05 N) APPLIED AT THE LEVER TIP. ELECTRICAL TERMINATION IS ACHIEVED VIA SCREW TERMINALS. KEY OPERATIONAL CHARACTERISTICS INCLUDE A PRETRAVEL OF 0.04 INCH (1.02 MM), AN OVERTRAVEL OF 0.20 INCH (5.08 MM), AND A DIFFERENTIAL TRAVEL OF 0.004 INCH (0.10 MM). THE DEVICE BOASTS A MECHANICAL LIFE EXPECTANCY OF 10,000,000 CYCLES AND AN ELECTRICAL LIFE OF 50,000 CYCLES UNDER FULL LOAD.
