Description
The Mazak Integrex 300-IVS is a 5-axis CNC mill/turn center designed for combined turning and milling operations. The machine has a maximum machining diameter of 30 inches and a maximum machining length of 60 inches. It is equipped with both main and sub spindles, each with speeds up to 4,000 RPM, with motor outputs of 40 HP and 35 HP respectively. The milling spindle reaches speeds up to 12,000 RPM with a motor output of 25 HP and B-axis travel of 225 degrees. The unit includes a 20-tool magazine, a 10-inch chuck, Renishaw probe, chip conveyor, coolant system, parts catcher, and tool measurement system. Axis travels include 24.80 inches in X, 9.06 inches in Y, and 62.40 inches in Z, along with additional X2 and Z2 axis movements of 9.06 inches and 60.24 inches. The machine operates with a MAZATROL MATRIX CNC control system.
