Used Mazak HCN-4000III (2016) CNC Horizontal Machining Center for Sale. This 400 mm pallet machine has a 15.74″ x 15.74″ pallet with full 4th axis pallet indexing, 22″ of X-axis travel and 25.2″ in both Y and Z. The 25/23 HP spindle runs to 18,000 RPM with a CAT 40 taper, served by a 60-tool ATC and run from a Mazatrol Matrix Nexus 2 control. Equipped with chip conveyor, high pressure and flood coolant systems, enclosed coolant and splash cover, ball screw coolers on X/Y/Z, spindle chiller with absolute positioning system, roller guides, background tool path check, EIA/ISO code input, safety cover for the 2-pallet changer and work light.
