Massman Model BLCP, Automatic, stainless steel, knockdown case erector, product down stacker, bottom load case packer and hot melt glue sealer with number of product and cases per minute – depending on materials and application. Case size range: Per application. Equipped with 96" long x 11-3/4" wide product in feed conveyor, 60" long (2) chain automatic blank case magazine, (2) suction cup reciprocating pick n place, case transfer conveyor with product down stack and bottom up product load design, Nordson ProBlue hot melt glue unit and flap closers with Seko and hand wheel adjustment, dual 36" long x 3" wide compression and discharge conveyor. Control panel has an A/B PLC and A/B swing arm panel view touch screen contoller with HMI and start, control power, cycle stop and e-stop push buttons with statis light bar. Mounted on powder coat polyester resin finish tubular frame with safety door guarding.
