The dual-head MC392 pick & place machine is ideal for high-mix, low- to mid-volume manufacturing environments. It holds up 160 Smart Ports for tape and stick feeders, plus has space for cut tape strips and waffle trays, allowing more parts to be kept resident on the machine for faster job changeovers. High-quality components and a sturdy build achieve placement accuracy of 30 µm, 3 Sigma at placement rates reaching 6,400 cph.
