Loma, Models IQ4 / CW3-1500, Combination metal detector and checkweigher. Rated from 10 to 140 feet per minute with number of product – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Brushed 304 stainless steel construction. IQ4 Metal detector has working aperture of 4¼" in Height x 13½" in Width and 11¾" wide blue anti-static product belt conveyor. Sensitivity dependent materials, application and environment.
CW3-1500 Checkweigher has weight range of 10 to 1,500 grams, with accuracies up to 0.6 grams, with 11¾" wide x 15" long load cell conveyor and 51¼" two air blast reject stations.
Mounted on stainess steel frame with touch screen HMI and statis light bar with audible alarm. Features separate weight and contaminant product reject bins.
