Langguth Model E-62, 12 Hd rotary, stainless steel, cut and stack, wrap around, hot melt glue labeler designed to apply full or partial wrap as well as spot labels to containers rated from 50 to 300 containers per minute – depending on materials and application Container size range: 2.28" to 4.4 in diameter, Label size range: 7.6" to 17.2" in Length, 1" to 9.4" in Height and is capable of running round, rectangle and oval shape container of glass, plastic and metal, both full or empty with proper change parts. Equipped with 22" long pre-cut paper stack label magazine, rotary (12) pocket container handling disc to worm screw to star wheel in feed and discharge with 88" long x 3" wide thru the machine plastic delron container belt conveyor, with 18" OD rotary turret and (12) 5" OD pedestal style container stations set on 4" centers, label peeler plate, with Nordson hot melt glue unit and wipe brush compression section. Control panel has PLC controller, with on / off label feed and off / auto apply glue, flow gate open / close with machine speed / temperature controllers, start, stop, e-stop push buttons with machine running light. Mounted on stainless steel frame with interlock safety guarding.
