Used Krones 54000 bph bottling line from Krones Contiform Bloc to Pallet Wrapper, mfg 2017:

This line has just been removed and is skidded and available. The line is complete from Blow Molder (Moulder) to Pallet Stretch Wrapper and was originally desighed in 2017 and installed in 2019. It ran until 2022 and has approx 14000 run time on it. The line can run 54000 bph on 8.5 oz and 45000 bph on 16.9 oz PET bottles with 26.7mm plastic screw caps. The case packer and preform tote dumper have been separated from the line and are not available.

The line features a Krones Contiform S24 Blow Molder that includes the blow wheel, oven and electrical control panel, main cabinet, preform incline orientor feeder. The filler is a KRONES VODM-PET Volumetric Mono-Block 88 Valve high speed PET Bottle Filler - 33 Head Capper, block with flat and sport cap feeders, two KRONES Contirol Labelers and Robobox Case Palletizer.
