Description
Used Kiwa KH-4500kai (2019) CNC Horizontal Machining Center for Sale. This machine runs a Fanuc 31i-B control with a 50 HP spindle rated to 15,000 RPM and a CAT 40 taper. Travels are 27″ in X, 29.1″ in Y and 26.8″ in Z, with a 500 mm pallet measuring 19.7″ x 19.7″, a 2 pallet changer, load/unload station and full 4th axis with ball drive system. Tool storage is 120 ATC. Equipped with chilled ball screws, thru spindle coolant at 1000 PSI, a Chip Blaster J-30 high pressure coolant system, dual internal augers, extended X-axis/Y-axis stroke, overhead chip wash station, chip conveyor, oil skimmer, Renishaw OMP-40 probe and tool setter/tool breakage detection.
