Jones, Model Criterion CLl-150, Automatic left hand, horizontal, robotic product feeder and hot melt glue cartoner. Rated up to 100 cartons per minute – depending on materials and application. Stainless steel construction. Carton size range with 9" centers 3" to 7" in Length; 1" to 6" in Width; 4½" to 12¾" in Depth. Equipped with product feeder and has dual Delta-Style 4-axis Robot product pick and place heads loading fixed product buckets, then feeding product to cartoner with 42" long uphill blank carton magazine, multi head orbitrac carton pick and place, carton hold down guide, with (4) chains adjustable set on 9" centers, with 1" wide x 4½" high lugs, automatic indexing of product and has (3) ram arm product loaders, with Nordson ProBlue hot melt glue unit, major and minor flap closers, vacuum system with 14" long (3) belt 1" high compression belts each side and 48" long carton discharge conveyor. Control panel has A/B PLC with Strongarm swing arm controller with prepare to start, start, normal stop and e-stop controls. Mounted on heavy duty stainless steel frame with inner lock safety guarding and statis light bar.
