Description

Jones, Model BFC, automatic, horizontal, continuous, motion, hot melt glue cartoner. Rated from 50 to 160 cartons per minute – depending on materials and application. Carton range of: 5" to 9" in Length; 1½’ to 3½" in Width; 8" to 12" in Depth. Equipped with 10" wide x 145" long 3 lane product in feed conveyor, 10" wide x 24" long product indexing conveyor to overhead drop in buckets on 6" centers, 300" long in-feed bucket conveyor with 15½" long x 5½" wide x 1½" deep buckets on 12" centers, 163" long x adjustable width up to 15" wide (2) belt powered carton magazine, 72" long cam loading section and 6" wide x 54" long discharge conveyor belt. Start, stop and E-stop push button controls with an AB VersaView display panel, no product / no carton, hot melt glue system and barrier guarding.
