Jaygo Model APF, (Agitation Pressure Filter), 500 liter, 316L stainless steel, insulated, agitated, self contained, pressure / vacuum filtration and drying system. Internal pressure rated with amount of product per hour – depending on materials and application. Vessel dimensions: 55" OD dome top, 42" straight wall, with top mounted 5 Hp motor drive supporting bottom sweep agitation, (1) 7" OD / 4" ID flanged top port has and (1) 12" OD flip-up cover, (1) 7" OD / 4" ID flanged sight port, 2" OD / 1½" ID Tri-Clamp inlet and 3" OD / 2½" ID Tri-Clamp side bottom sanitary discharge with 16" floor clearence. Flanged removable bolt down, dish bottom and is fork lift removable, for ease of maintenance and installation of bottom filter cloth. Mounted on (4) stainless steel legs with locking casters.
