Description
J H Day, heavy duty 3-Roll dispersion mill rated from 100 to 700 lbs of product per hour – depending on materials and application. Equipped with 12" diameter x 34" long feed, and middle rollers, with scraper blades and 12"diameter x 34 "long apron roller, each with 32" long working roll area, total of 3 rollers. All 3 are cooled rolls made of hardened steel and each has 1-1/4" diameter port for cooling medium, start / stop controllers with (2) e-stops, 25 Hp chain motor drive and is mounted on heavy duty cast iron frame. Ideal for grinding, printing ink, lacquers, adhesives, and paints. Last used in a adhesive operation.
