Hoffman (nVent) Intermediate Joint CCS8IJRLG

The Hoffman CCS8IJRLG is a COMPACT Series 4 System 80 Intermediate Joint designed for use in pendant arm assemblies supporting HMI enclosures in industrial and automation environments. Manufactured by Hoffman Engineering Company (now nVent Hoffman) in Anoka, Minnesota, this component joins two horizontal 80x80mm square tubes together to extend arm length and create a pivot point. The swivel range is approximately 180 degrees, allowing repositioning of the mounted enclosure or HMI panel to suit operator requirements.

Construction is welded steel plate finished in RAL 7035 light-gray polyester powder paint. The catalog number C-CS8IJRLG and the current market designation CCS8IJRLG refer to the same component. Setscrews and a bellows with zipper are included. A rotational limiter is available as an optional accessory and is not included with this joint. This intermediate joint is compatible with the Hoffman COMPACT Series 4 pendant arm system and is engineered to fit 80x80mm tubing. Internal reference number 1016667000 and the date code 21205-0 are visible on the nameplate. Also included in this lot is a Hoffman C-CCHL L-Handle accessory (catalog number C-CCHL, Hartum number 9806059000) in its original packaging with associated mounting hardware.
