Used Hi-Rib 36″ 7.2 Type Roll Former for Sale. This line runs Hi-Rib panel in 18 to 24 gauge, right to left, through 32 passes arranged in 8 rafts at 4 passes per raft, with 44″ roll spacing, 15″ horizontal centers, 7″ to 10″ vertical adjustment and 8″ from base to bottom of spindle, driven by a 60 HP motor. Coil handling is by an American Uncoiler Model 10 rated at 20,000 lbs with a 3 HP drive, powered traversing, 48″ max coil width, 60″ max coil O.D. and 14″ to 20″ coil I.D., fed by an Autoquip Model 24K18 coil car rated at 18,000 lbs. Also included: Stamco Model 3607 cut off press, 30 thru 12 gauge, 15 HP, chain driven with air clutch, flying cut off die, Durant Series 5884 controller, rotary dial counter, Philadelphia gear reducers, fabricated steel base and an operator control station for the uncoiler.
