The system basically takes all the individual components (louver blade, tilt rod staples, pivot pins, and tilt rod itself) and produces a semi-finished louver without the stiles & rails.It handles louver widths from 2 1/2 to 4 1/2 inches, processes up to 20 louvers in a bundle at a time, and accommodates louver lengths from 6 inches minimum to 38 inches maximum. Estimated cycle time of approximately 3 seconds per louver.
