4th axis Dividing Head:
-The dividing head is installed on the work table and controlled through the NC control as an additional 4th axis. The dividing head is driven by a worm gear. The bearing system of the spindle is pre-loaded and, in conjunction with the pneumo hydraulic clamping, provides high rigidity and accuracy of the work piece. The spindle is equipped with a cylindrical bore of 40 mm diameter and its base plate has a diameter of 255 mm. This allows the use of different tapers such as three-jaw chucks or face plates.
