Forberg Model F-6-RVC, lab size, stainless steel, twin paddle mixer and vacuum coating system rated from 2.5 to 6 litres per batch with number of pounds of product per hour – depending on materials and application. Mixing and coating trough dimensions: 14.5" in Length; 7.5" in Width; 9" in Depth Equipped with clamp down flip up clamp down cover. (2) sets of counter rotating 2" wide x 2-1/4" high x 1/8" thick angled paddles with 1/4" OD spokes set on 1½" OD x 9" long shafts and tilt discharge to 13" x 11" discharge port with 24" ground clearance and slide in catch pan. Control panel has Simatic controller and Siemens touch pad controls with read out, e-stops and vacuum pump. Mounted on stainless steel enclosed base frame with casters. Cycle: Automatic spraying, gentle mixing and vacuum core coating of aquatic feed extrudates, feed pellets, pet food kibbles and food extrudates, also pharmaceutical research product develepment and chemical industry coating of porous bulk materials replaces air with liquid.
