Fluid Air, Model 007 Granumill, all stainless steel pilot size product reduction system. Capable of handling both wet or dry products with thru puts from 2 to 2250 lbs per hour, has screen width of 7" and capable of handling 10 to 400 size mesh with finished reduction particle sizes from 2000 to 27 microns all with proper change parts and depending on materials and application. Maximum speeds of 5,000 rpm’s and maximum tip speed of 21,000 feet per minute. Equipped with 18" long x 15" wide x 15" deep stainless steel product hopper with 3" OD x 28" long product feed screw and secondary pan feeder to reduction chamber with bolt down cover and (4) fixed rotary impact blades with flat square and rounded blades for impacting hard materials and fine grinding also breaking up soft or wet materials. Control panel has frequency and fault controls with mill and feeder readouts for rpm and percent of load controllers. Mounted on stainless steel base frame with casters.
