Fitzmill, Model D6A, compact, on-wall design, 316 SS construction, hammer mill with production rates per hour – depending on materials and application. Equipped with 12" long x 12" wide x 16" deep stainless steel product feed hopper 3" OD stainless steel vari speed metering feed screw to enclosed process chamber with (16) fixed stainless steel knife / impact blades and 5½" long x 13" wide product discharge port with 31" ground clearance. The in-wall and on-wall configurations of the VFS-D6A are designed to contain the drive motors in a separate room or technical area. Control panel has Mill and VFS start/stop push button controls.Used for precision grinding and controlled particle size reduction in pharmaceutical processing and other sanitary industries.
