Fischbein, Model PILS 330, Pinch top inner liner (Cap Sac) continuous bag sealer sequentially seals and perforates inner bag’s liner. Rated up to 75 linear feet per minute with number of bags – depending on materials, application and operator dexterity. PILS-330 sealer separates and seals the inner plastic bag from the top of the outer paper bag and reactivates the bag’s pre-applied hot melt adhesive strip and automatically folds over the top of bag forming the perfect sift-proof bag closure. Seals the bag in (2) stages, effectively creating a bag inside a bag. Equipped with pre-heating station for pre-applied glue with single fold over station, final bag heat sealing and cooling area and is hand crank height adjustable. Control panel has digital temperature display, key pad for variable speed control with machine start / stop button and dual emergency e-stop buttons. Mounted on height adjustable frame with casters to roll over existing conveyor.
