Filamatic Model MNB-2000, 1-up, Automatic, monoblock filler, tipper and capper rated 10 to 50 containers per minute – depending on materials and application, 316 stainless steel product contact parts, Container size range: 1/2" to 2-14" in Diameter; 1" to 5" in Height. Fill range: 0.5ml to 500ml with accuracies of + / – 0.5% and can handle low, moderate and high viscosity products with proper change parts. Equipped with empty container feed system with container chute, 16 pocket container carousel with 1-up filler, dual vibratory stainless steel tip and cap feed hoppers with single head screw capper, bottom up fill and missing bottle, tip, cap detection and Seko guages. Touch pad controller with panel view and operator interface data information control system has reset, start, stop and e-stop push buttons. Mounted on stainless steel frame with interlock safety door guarding and Hepa filtration system.
