Giant Finishing requires a conveyor system to return large, finished castings from a dryer to the operator for loading a tote. Conveyor “C” to receive up to 800 lbs. dump loads.

PRAB Solution

We recommend that you purchase a two PRAB Oscillating Conveyor System. Oscillator Conveyor A will receive castings from a dryer, horizontally transfer the material and discharge into Oscillator Conveyor B to operator for loading a tote. System 2 would also include a vibratory conveyor, dumper and 4” Pitch conveyor for loading the dryer.
