Equipped with product in feed conveyors with (6) lane dividers that split into dual (3) lane dividers to star wheel indexing, 72" long powered blank carton magazine and (3) head rotary pick and place, with (4) chains adjustable set on 9" centers, and 1½" wide x 2" high lugs, with dual tucker / seating wheels product loaders one each side, Nordson ProBlue hot melt glue system, with plow type major and minor flap closers, cycle stop for unsealed cartons, timing belt drive compression section and discharge conveyor. Control panel has A/B controller and A/B touch screen HMI controls with A/B powerflex vari-speed controllers, e-stop buttons and statis light bar. Mounted on heavy duty tubular steel powder coated cold rolled steel frame with interlock safety door guarding.
