Douglas Model DLT, automatic, continous motion, horizontal, trayformer, loader and hot melt glue sealer, rated from 5 to 75 cycles per minute with the number of product and trays – depending on materials and application. Equipped with (4) chains adjustable set on 24" centers, with 4" wide x 3" high plastic lugs, 27" wide x 104" long flex link product in feed conveyor with (2) sets of 48" long dual product metering worm screws and (4) product lane dividers. (2) chain blank tray vacuum suction cup recipicating pic-n-place, (blank tray magazine per application). Bottom lugged chain blank tray conveyor set on 24" centers, with product collation and tray lift wrapround load section with Nordson hot melt glue unit and side tray closers. Control panel, has A/B PLC controller with A/B swing arm controls and panel view, main drive run / jog, vacuum and metering on / off switches, with start, stop, reset, e-stop push buttons and statis light bar. Mounted on heavy duty frame with leveling screws and interlock safety guarding.
