Description

Douglas, Model AXIOM-WA-IM, automatic, servo driven, intermittent motion, wrap around case packer. Rated from 5 to 45 cases or trays per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Case size range: per application. Product size range: per application. Equipped with 11¾" wide x 118" long infeed conveyor with 35½" infeed height powered by 1hp drive, 8" wide x 25" long top indexing belt, 103" long dual belt conveyor, rotary vane up stacker with 26½" shelves, (4) lugged chains set on 24" centers with ¾" Wide x 3" high lugs, 18" wide x 72" long blank magazine conveyor, reciprocating pick n place, Nordson ProBlue hot melt glue unit, hand wheel adjustable, Siko gauges, statis lights. Control panel with AB PLC and touchscreen HMI. Mounted on heavy-duty stainless-steel tubular frame with safety guarding.
