Description
The DMG Deckel Maho DMF 260 5-Axis CNC vertical machining center features a traveling column design with B-axis for complex part machining. Equipped with a HEIDENHAIN TNC 640 CNC 5-axis control and a DMG ERGOLINE operation panel, the machine delivers high precision across its working envelope. Travel dimensions are 102.4" in the X-axis, 43.3" in the Y-axis, and 35.4" in the Z-axis. The machine includes a 31.5 HP motor powering an SK40 spindle with an 8,000 RPM maximum speed.
It is complemented by a Nikken CNC 4th axis rotary table model CNCB450ZA. The system supports maximum workpiece dimensions of 55.1" diameter, 36.6" height, and 126" length, accommodating a maximum weight of 8,818.5 lbs. The machine also incorporates an independent coolant system with a paper filter and a touch probe. Overall physical dimensions are 17.75' wide x 33.55' long x 10.375' high.
