Delkor Model TL500P, Flexpack, inline, stainless steel, top load, product loader with number of containers and flat blanks or trays per minute – depending on materials, application and product pack pattern. Flexible packer for nearly any product size and shape including multi-flavor and sleeved products and multi-head configurations. Equipped with 30" long flat pad magazine and has single head (3) suction cup, recipercating pic place, 92" long x 23" wide tray conveyor with filght bars set on 16" centers. 72" long x 36" wide flexlink with (4) lanes product conveyor, with dual (2) axis (12) suction cup each, pick and place product loading arms which picks from product conveyor to load the flat blank. Swing arm controller with start, stop, reset and e-stop push buttons with statis light bar. Mounted on heavy duty stainless steel frame with interlock safety guarding.
