Used Delani 2,000L Universal Chocolate Conche Refining Machine - Monty 2000
The conching (refining) chamber is approximately 60" in diameter and a length of 45"
Ingredients are gravity fed into a 11" X 18" top inlet chute
Homogenized product is extracted out through a 4" sanitary flanged butterfly valve
Unit is thermally jacketed around the chamber
8" diameter top vent with fan
Base-mounting area measures 46" X 63"
Main Drive: 50HP V-belt with guard (230/460V, 60Hz, 3ph)
Extractor Drive: 2HP gearmotor (220V)
controls and heat source are NOT included and will be required.
