Dayton Coolant Pump 4JPG9 1-1/4 in. Inlet and Outlet 18 ft shut-off head

Used in CNC machining centers and industrial machine tools, the Dayton 4JPG9 is a 1/4 HP three-phase coolant pump designed to circulate machining lubricants, cutting oils, and water-soluble coolants. The pump operates on 230/460V at 0.7/0.43 amps and runs at 1,725 RPM. It features a cast iron pump body with a 304 stainless steel impeller and delivers up to 55.5 GPM of water at 1 ft. of head, with a shut-off head of 18 ft. The inlet and outlet port size is 1-1/4 in. Maximum fluid temperature is 200 degrees F with a maximum recommended viscosity of 500 SSU. The TEFC (Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled) motor is rated for continuous duty service factor 1.35, NEMA frame 56Y, Class B insulation. Overall dimensions per manufacturer specifications are approximately 11 in. length, 8-7/16 in. width, and 21-7/16 in. height. The pump housing is cast iron with a stainless steel impeller, making it compatible with a range of nonflammable industrial fluids.
