Cryogenic Systems Equipment Inc, Stainless steel CO2 spiral freezer with amount of product per hour – depending on materials and application. Equipped with 27½" wide stainless steel mesh belt with 36" high infeed and 10" high discharge, has 14 tiers with 2-7/8" clearance between each tier and the drum is 108" in diameter from outside to outside of belt and has inside box dimensions of 120" long x 120" wide x 92" tall and has (9) fans, 24" and 16" in diameter with (4) access doors 36" wide x 96" tall x 6" thick, can rapidly chill, crust and fully freeze a wide variety of products that moves through the freezer on a continuous spiral conveyor and uses CO2 as freeze medium. Stainless steel control panel has A/B PLC with A/B PanelView Plus and 10" touch screen controls, with Honeywell Truline chart recorder and (7) A/B PowerFlex VFD’s. Mounted on multi-leg stainless steel frame.
