Case size range: 8" to 24" in Length; 6" to 16" in Width; 5" to 18" in Height. Equipped with Model 2EZHS high speed case erector with 42" long blank case magazine, reciprocating pick and place, bottom minor and major case flap closers with mechanical pusher bar to Model Ergopack, pack station with 12" wide x 144" long Intralox product conveyor running parallel to 16" wide x 70" long hand crank adjustable rubber belt case pack conveyor, to Model TBS-100 FC, automatic, top flap closer, top / bottom case taper with 72" long x 3" wide dual side belt case conveyor, major / minor flap plows with 2" tape heads and controlcontrols. All mounted on heavy duty frames with leveling legs.
