Features 120"L four lane "K" infeed conveyor with stainless steel slider bed and 3/8"W x 1"H pusher lugs on 11" centers, catch trays below infeed conveyor, two cross seals (first is straight, second is chevron style), 21 1/2"L x 12 1/2"W product outfeed conveyor, UV light above product outfeed. Equipped with Electrocam programable limit switch controller, E-stops, motor speed control, production counter, and controls for conveyor speed, conveyor time delay, outfeed conveyor speed (for shingling), first cross seal heaters (on / off), second cross seal heaters (on / off), first side seal heaters (on / off), and second cross seal heaters (on / off).
