Used to have two head but was customized by Criterion Machinery for FMC Munitions to make ballistic panels for APCs. 380” x 120” x54” for head. 10HP Motor; Gearbox speed is not programable. Bambudi Ram Mill; spins clockwise and counter clockwise; Modified to a single head. New Baldo server drives, Delta Tau PMAC controls. Drive for Y and Z changed to Baldor screws, X has original drive
Details:
The X-axis has two drives/motors operating in a master/slave configuration. 1 motor on each side.

Baldor ABB – BSM series – the two X-axis motors are #BSM100C-6150AA (30 NM AC brushless servo motors)
The other two motors look to be smaller (maybe) but I could not get up to them to see the part #’s.

It looks like the power drop location may need to have a drop down transformer or a second 110 VAC source to run the lube pump
The main control panel has a transformer to create the 24 VDC control power
There is a 1-inch steel plate that the machine is sitting on that comes with the unit.
The have the e-chain (cable track) up on a guide stand that they fabricated for the machine.
SHIPPING:
The machine bed breaks down into 4 pieces. Split length wise and cross wise. Two pieces are 22 ft long and two pieces are 26 feet long.
The up-right columns attached on each of the 22 ft sections. The cross beam bolts to the top of those two uprights.
The Vertical axis can be removes and the cross beam can be removed. The 4 control panels should remain attached to the cross beam.
The wiring fort those panels will not be disturbed. The wiring to the operator interface will be disconnected at the “disconnect” but the wire into or out of the disconnect not disturbed.
The operator interface can be removed from the swing arm for shipping. The PC for the operator interface is in the 4th control cabinet. It be removed from the cabinet and packed separately.
