Product and case size range per application Equipped with blank tray magazine, (4) suction cup pic n place, single ram tray forming head, with hot melt glue system, 150" long lugged tray conveyor set on 14" centers, 84" long product conveyor with (8) 6" long x 3-1/2" wide x 8" deep fixed product pockets, single head, 2-axis robotic product pic n place loading arm, 90" long transfer conveyor thru the hot melt tri-sealing glue system. Control panel has A/B controller with Panelview and touch screen interface, Seko gauges and interlock micro switch safety guarding. Mounted on (12) leg height adjustable base frame.
