Bosch Model PACK 101, 2-up, horizontal, flow wrapper rated from 50 to 150 packages per minute – depending on materials, application, machine configuration and operator dexterity. Currently set for product size range: 3" to 7" in Length; 1/2" to 7" in Width; 1/16" to 2-3/4" in Height. Equipped with 96" long lugged product in feed and operator hand load conveyor with 2" high pop out lugs set on 7" centers with no product eye, adjustable forming head, 7-1/2" wide x 1" thick serrated hot knife seal jaws, fin seal wheels, 32" long x 10" wide discharge conveyor with safety guarding and 32" discharge height. Film reel specs: 25.6" in width; to 15.7" OD; on 3" OD core. Control panel has touchscreen controller with (2) temperature controllers, start, stop and e-stop push buttons. Mounted on base frame with casters and height adjustable leveling legs.
