Bosch Model CUK 3060, continuous motion, stainless steel, horizontal tuck, cartoner rated from 40 to 220 cartons per minute – depending on materials and application. Carton size range: 60mm to 120mm in Length; 15mm to 85mm in Width; 75 mm to 120mm in Depth. Equipped with a 72" long product infeed conveyor with guide rails, disk to star wheel product indexing system, container knock down, adjustable bucket conveyor, 28" long blank carton magazine, 3-head rotary vacuum pick and place, 3-chain carrier conveyor with 4" high lugs set on 6" centers, barrel cam loading section, and 28" long dual side belt compression discharge. Additionally features interlocking Lexan safety guarding, quick change Seco gauges, A/B PLC, and an A/B Panel View. Mounted on a stainless steel frame with height adjustable legs.
