Description
Bivans, Model 74, semi-automatic, continuous motion, vartiable speed, vertical tuck cartoner. Rated from 20 to120 cpm – depending on materials, application, operator dexterity and machine configuration. Carton size range: (7/8)" – 5" in Length; ¾" – 3½" in width; 2¼" – 10" in Depth. Equipped with a 24" long magazine, vacuum pick & place, 6" centers, 44" long load area on each side, 3" wide x 36" long discharge belt conveyor and lexan guarding. Control panel with push button start / stop / jog, run / jog switch, vaccuum on / off switch and variable speed control dial. Mounted on heavy duty base frame with casters and leveling pads.
