Axon, Model EZ-130, Automatic, self contained ThermoFlow tamper evident shrink neck bander or sleeve label applicator with shrink tunnel rated from 30 to 150 containers per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Layflat: 18mm to 130mm. Film thickness: 40 to 70 microns (1.5 to 3 mil). Maximum container size 6" OD x 12" tall. Equipped with 12′ long container conveyor with photo eyes for machine activation, low roll sensor, knife film cut off, stepper drive film feed system, vertical perf and tamp, self contained UL certified 30kw 10psi boiler with condensate collection and water consuption of 11gallons per hour. Film specs: up to 16" OD roll. Touch pad controller with LED display. Mounted on height adjustable stainless steel frame.

Shrink tunnel has 13" high x 5½" wide aperature with steam generator. System mounted above 6" wide x 216" long stainless steel tabel top belt conveyor with spacing wheel and variable speed control. Mounted on (4) leg frame.
